Concrete Garden Stools Gnome Toadstool Seat 15 Inch
Concrete Garden Stools Gnome Toadstool Seat 15 Inch
GARDEN STOOLS
He Is Holding the Toadstool Up for You
A bearded gnome in a blue coat and black boots stands with a red and white spotted toadstool balanced on his head and shoulders. The cap is the seat.
The comic logic is the point. He is not sitting on the mushroom, he is carrying it, and the more weight goes on it the more he appears to be struggling. Children read that instantly, which is why the product photograph has one on it.
Fifteen inches, cast in concrete and sealed for year round outdoor use. It is a seat, a plant stand and a piece of garden character in the same object.
What Makes This Piece Different
- A joke that works without explanation. The gnome is carrying the toadstool rather than sitting under it, so putting weight on the cap makes him look like he is taking the strain. Children get it in a second and adults smile at it, which is more than most garden ornaments manage. It is the reason this one gets pointed out to visitors.
- Red and white where the garden is green. A spotted toadstool cap is the one color combination that shows from a distance in planting. The blue coat and white beard finish it off.
- Fifteen inches, which is child seat height. Comfortable for a child to sit on, and the right height for a pot, a lantern or a drink when nobody is using it as a seat.
- Concrete rather than resin. Sealed for year round outdoor use with real weight in it, so it does not blow around or need bringing in for winter.
A porch, a path edge, a border, under a tree. Cottage and family gardens suit it, and it works well where children pass. The red cap holds against green planting, so it does not need a pale background.

Setup, Care, and Warranty
Placement
One piece, nothing to assemble. Set it on level solid ground so it does not rock in use.
Using it as a seat
Shown with a child seated on the cap. Sit down onto it rather than dropping onto it, as with any hard surface.
Keeping the color
Red fades faster than most pigments in relentless sun. A position with afternoon shade keeps the cap strong for considerably longer.
Winter
Sealed concrete stays outside year round. Check it is not standing in water through the wet months.
3-year warranty
This product includes a 3-year warranty against cracking. Coverage, claim requirements and required documents are subject to the warranty policy that applies at the time of purchase. Keep your order confirmation and contact customer support with your order details if service is needed.
Questions Before You Choose
How does it compare to the frog stool?
The frog is photographed with an adult sitting on it and reads as a working seat first. This one is shown with a child and leans further into character. Same height, different balance between function and fun.
Is it for children only?
It is shown with a child, and children are who it delights. As a plant stand or a spot for a lantern it earns its place regardless of who sits on it.
Will the red fade?
Red pigment is the first to lift in full sun on any painted piece. Afternoon shade keeps it strong much longer.
Can it stay out all year?
Yes, sealed concrete for year round outdoor use. Just keep it off ground that holds standing water.
